The Merchant Shipping (Marine Equipment) Regulations 2016 SI 2016/1025 as amended by the Merchant Shipping (Marine Equipment) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 SI 2019/470 (MER) applies to different equipment types. DBI Certification is an Approved Body for Fire Protection Equipment.
